By using the platform, creating an account, submitting a listing, or claiming a business, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Visitors may browse public listings. Registered users may access account features. Partners and business owners may add, claim, and manage business listings after providing the information we request. Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for activity that happens through their accounts.

Partners and business owners must provide accurate, current, and complete information for businesses, branches, contact details, booking links, images, locations, services, amenities, and claim documents. We may review, edit, reject, delist, or request more information for any listing or claim.

If a business already exists on the platform, we may show similar listings so the owner can claim the correct business instead of creating duplicates.

When you submit business information, descriptions, photos, logos, documents, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You allow TsvagaWega Online to use, display, format, store, index, and promote that content as needed to operate and improve the platform.

Search results, maps, directions, distances, categories, ratings, booking links, and business details are provided for discovery and convenience. Users should confirm important details directly with the business before travelling, booking, paying, or making decisions.

The platform may link to external websites, booking platforms, WhatsApp, maps, payment providers, Google sign-in, analytics services, and other third-party tools. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies.

Users may not submit false information, impersonate another person or business, upload unlawful content, abuse claims, scrape the platform without permission, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in a way that harms users, businesses, or TsvagaWega Online.

We may update, suspend, remove, or change any part of the platform, including listings, accounts, features, policies, and these Terms. We aim to keep the platform useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free information.
